About the Project “We Are The World”
We Are The Voice is an international charity music project created by eight finalists from the 13th season of The Voice Kids Germany (2025).
Born from a shared desire to make a lasting impact beyond the stage, the young artists have come together to record a powerful, modern reinterpretation of the timeless classic “We Are The World.”
With their voices, they stand for compassion, unity, and global responsibility — donating a large portion of the proceeds to various Charity Projects.
Their mission is simple yet profound: to show that even the youngest voices can bring hope, inspire change, and make the world a little brighter.
An Impulse from Youth – with a Global Message
Forty years ago, Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie created “We Are The World”, sparking a worldwide movement of solidarity for people suffering from hunger in Africa.
Four decades later, eight young musicians from Germany, Switzerland, Estonia, and England are carrying this message forward — with the voices of a new generation that is deeply aware of its responsibility.
With fresh arrangements, modern production, and genuine emotion, the children transform this classic into a contemporary anthem of humanity.
From an Idea to a Project
The families of the young artists financed the entire production independently.
A large portion of the proceeds from streaming, performances, and events will be donated to various Charity Projects chosen jointly by the group.
In addition, We Are The Voice is actively involved in charitable initiatives such as “Dein Festmahl” in Bremen and “Sixdays Kidsday” at the ÖVB Arena. Die ersten einnahmen aus dem gemeinsamen musikprojekt werden an “Dein Festmahl” in Bremen gehen.
What began as an idea born of friendship and a shared passion for music has become a heartfelt mission:
children using their voices to give hope to other children — and placing the power of music in the service of a good cause.
